Fully binged out the past two days.
i hate myself when i cant control intake, not like little things but HUGE amounts of food…. !!! Its disgusting.
Ive eaten so much candy and baked goods and Im pushing my goals back… and i cant control it. Fuckkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk..
nati0nalism asked: i'm having trouble losing weight. i'm 5'8" and my UGW is 120-125, i'd currently 144. and now the weight just isn't coming off! not even a lb a week! tips pleaseeee
Your like my same height and before weight:) when i first started i cut out meat entirely and i lost 10 pounds! but my coach (bc i do some serious sportage) made me re- add it to my diet bc i wasnt strong enough… BUT if you can cut out meats and force yourself to not fill the hunger with sweets and breads.. do it! theres a lot of fat in steak/ pork ect. I started running every single day too, that combined with just staying AWAY from proccessed foods can easily give me a pound+ a week off, my problem is staying strong with the eating routine… another thing is i personally dont really like water, but seriously seriously drinking a glass or 2 of water before every meal and throughout eating will fill you up!!! when I was at my lowest weight though, (around 129) i was eating no meat, no soda, healthy portions, and i filled my time with running and a boyfriend (which really helps to keep you motivated!!!!) i know boys arent a good thing to rely on haha but they def. help with motivation…
